All patients are required to be screened for COVID-19 before their dental appointment. Patients with scheduled dental appointments are not allowed into the facility without completing the screening process.
Next, patients will be given a dental appointment with a licensed dentist, Patients can choose between a virtual appointment or a physical appointment. All pricing information can be found here.
All patients must complete or have completed our online patient application. Please be sure to have one of the following documents:
Government Issued Photo ID
Proof of Income (Only applicable if applying for Discount Program. For more information on the Discount Program, click here)
Once the patient arrives for dental treatment, they will go through Medical Triage, which could include the COVID-19 test. Then, the patient will be required to wear a face mask and personal protective equipment on their shoes. Patients will also have their exterior clothing sterilized and their temperatures checked. Patients will be asked to keep all handbags closed. Guests over the age of 18 are not permitted.
Our patients can now relax as a licensed dentist treats their dental needs. During their visit, patients may see staff spraying walls, floors, seats, etc. This is for the safety of our patients and staff.
All follow-up appointments will be completed by the front desk staff. The patient will receive electronic reminders for all follow-up appointments. Further sanitization will be done after the patient safely exits.
